Because of the nature of personal care products, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted.

That said, your experience matters. If something’s wrong with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing), just reach out to smile@bwbeauty.ca within 7 days of delivery and I’ll always do my best to help!

 

Refund Policy for Classes

All class purchases are non-refundable.

Because each class includes a professional kit that is ordered immediately after your purchase, I cannot offer refunds once a spot has been booked.

If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to work with you to find a new date that fits. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
